By ordering below the customer understands they are ordering vines for 2012 planting only. We are sold out for 2011 planting. Thank you!

Shipping Notes: We ship via UPS, unless other arrangements are made. We ship at customers request, please notify us 1 - 2 weeks ahead of desired shipping time. Since we do not want to have the plants in transit during the weekends, our shipping days are Monday through Wednesday. If the distance requires more than 3 day ground shipping days, we ship via 3 day air or ground The cost of shipping is added to the cost of the vines. Please await a second order confirmation via E-mail, in which we will tell you the cost of shipping. Only after your acceptance of such will the contract be valid. On orders under 200 vines, we request full payment prior to shipping; more than 200 vines, we need a down-payment of 50%, the remainder & shipping to be paid on receipt of final invoice.

Our Guarantee: Our vines are N.Y. State inspected. An increasing portion of our stock has been propagated from certified material. We exercise the greatest care to have our stock genuine and reliable. We guarantee all stock to be in good condition on leaving our hands, but do not guarantee it to grow under all conditions. Should any stock prove NOT to be true to variety as sold, we will quickly replace it or refund the purchase price. It is mutually agreed, however, that this is the total extend of our liability involving any matter concerning our product. All claims against must be submitted by August 15th of the year the product is delivered. Only applicable to vines planted by June 1st.
